Are you fighting your own battles on the inside? Know someone in need? You don’t have to struggle through your mental health crisis alone.

I have included some small images below that you can download and keep as a quick reminder when you need help. These are also a wonderful way to remind a friend in need of the number to call when they’re in a crisis.
